Sixty different drop scenarios. Concrete, tile, asphalt, gravel, edge impacts. Here is what every VCASE case has to survive.

MIL-STD-810H protocol
We start with the military standard for shock and impact, then push our own envelope. Drops from 1.2 to 1.8 metres onto five different surfaces, repeated 26 times per sample.
Edge & corner stress
Corners take the most punishment. Our drops include rotational falls onto edges and corners, with high-speed cameras capturing micro-deformations under impact.
What we throw away
If a single sample fails, the entire batch is rejected. No exceptions. That is why every VCASE you receive has earned its place.
